To recognize and reward the accomplishments of our team members, and to encourage our team members to participate in competitive cycling events,
TER has designed the Rider Incentive Program (RIP). To qualify for any of these incentives you must adhere to the five TER Rider Incentive Program Rules. (See membership application for details). All TER members have the opportunity to enter their season’s results into the RIP tally sheet. At the end of the year, all points are tallied and TER awards gift certificates, prizes, and other goodies to members based on their total point score. Racers earn points for every race they complete. The total number of points for each race is based on overall ranking. Longer races are weighted more than shorter distance races.
